I purchased a 2025 Buick Envision, and unfortunately it has a water leak that appears to be a factory defect. My vehicle has been at the dealership for over a week with very little communication and no loaner provided. I also had difficulty reaching Charles Gaines regarding the issue. As a busy single father, reliable transportation is important, and I’m disappointed with the lack of updates and support. I hope Charles Gaines and the team can help resolve this matter soon.

I had a very painful and disappointing experience with Empire Cadillac long Island city Buying a Cadillac should feel special, especially when your family is excited about a new car. My wife was very happy at first, and we were looking forward to enjoying our Cadillac. Instead, this dealership turned the whole experience into stress, regret, and disappointment. The vehicle was represented to me as Certified Pre-Owned, and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. After the purchase, I checked with another Cadillac dealer and found out the car was not showing as CPO. That means the extra warranty I believed I was buying was not there. They also promised to fix small issues before delivery, including a scratch, a seat mark, and a missing charger part. Those promises were not completed. The price also ended up higher than what we discussed, and by the time I realized everything, I had already transferred my insurance and felt trapped into finishing the deal. Now, after the sale, they barely answer calls or emails. I am very unhappy that an official Cadillac dealership can behave this way. This kind of business hurts the reputation of Cadillac as a premium brand. My wife is sad about our new car instead of being happy, and that is the worst part for me. Be extremely careful with this dealership. Do not trust verbal promises. Get everything in writing and verify CPO status directly with Cadillac before signing anything.

Stopped by Empire Cadillac today to look at a new Cadillac for my wife and had the pleasure to meet the General Manager Charles and finance manager Sean. I Was just looking around and both Charles and Sean made me feel comfortable. Receptionist at the front door was so friendly and certainly a pleasure to speak with.
