We had a great experience at Empire Cadillac. We had a very helpful and knowledgeable sales team member (Jesus Rosa) he was wonderful! We did not feel pressured and he answered our questions. On the financial side we worked with Anthony Ciuvertier, he was informative and explained the breakdown on all charges which was very helpful. It was a few months later had a noise on my car made a service appointment was not seen at my appointment time and they did the oil change, but could not addressed the noise. A year later still trying to get the noise addressed and I told them I needed a car if they were gonna keep mine Im waiting for a week and I have not heard back from them. I received pick up and drop off service from Lincoln and Ford in the past, so it might make sense to go back when my lease is up. Thank you! Our first Cadillac
