Shady as xxxx! !! BUYERS BEWARE!!! They promoted a price on a vehicle on there website and one other CarGurus , and when I went there, they told me they didn’t have the title but if I wanted the car, they would give it to me for $7000 more than what they had the price for so the salesman Jeff was very unprofessional and the rest of the team played along. It has to be one of the worst dealers I ever experienced. Beware do not buy from this dealer. Employees Worked With: Jeff, Lulu Hoppe

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Empire Cadillac of Long Island City. Lulu the BDC manager, was rude and unprofessional from the start. Expected better from a dealership representing a luxury brand. I wont be returning and I suggest others think twice.
