They are very rude. There was a manager lawrence and also the finance Director, Michael is the worst person at the dealership. they all rude. My dad is GM employee. We always get Family first discount. They refused to give me that discount. After the argument they were giving me discount with an attitude. They were treating me Very bad. I bought car from here because of Mr. Moni. he worked very hard for me. Don’t buy car from them. There are many dealers to buy cars. They all better than EMPIRE CADILLAC. Also, this post to give me the floor mat. And they never gave it to me floor they gave. I had to move from New York City. They said we’re gonna mail you the mats they never did it keep making excuses. They sent me registration then I have to go DMV to get a new registration. End of the story, the worst dealership

I first met the salesman Josh Job when I stopped in to explore my options for upgrading sometime within the next six months. He was never pushy—he took his time, showed me several vehicles, answered all my questions, and genuinely let me consider what worked best for me. Then life happened, and I suddenly needed a new vehicle much sooner than expected. He made the entire purchase of my 2026 Cadillac Escalade incredibly fast and simple, handling nearly everything remotely and keeping me informed throughout the process. What could have been a stressful experience was completely seamless. I'm leasing a 2026 Cadillac Lyriq from Empire and had a very smooth experience throughout the whole process thanks to Nick Henry, Mike Martindale, and Tatiana Kolitari. Every single one of them was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thorough in addressing all of my questions. They made what can often be a stressful process genuinely pleasant, transparent, and seamless. As for the car itself—I am absolutely in love with it!
