I bought car from here !!! Its been almost 45days!!! My saleman was moni & manager was lawrance !!! They charge me extra $2k for car mat & wheel lock !! They provide me a wheel lock same time & they told me wait for the floor mat next week !!! I was here 6 time to pick but they told me !! When i Came her they told every single time pick mat they told me came Next week !!! They are so fraud!!! Today as May ,6 i came here again !!! Moni told we can’t give you a mat !!! I ask him to refund my 2k you charge for mat!!! They are fraud !!! What they do deal with me they told me they will provide a mat!!! Today they ask me give me a receipt when i told !!! I trust them never trust trust them!!! They are scam !!! If owner see theses post plz check the videos!!! How many time i came to pick the mat!!!Check the video of 1:26 pm & how the manager was rude !!! Poor customer service!!! Even when i ask there name they didn’t provide me & the give fake names & even they don’t have name tag too!!! Verry very bad service!!!

I came to the dealership with an offer from Capital One. After informing them of this they never reached out to Capital one for financing options and ended up financing 10K more than my offer from Capital One. I tried to get clarification from them on multiple occasions but was never able to get a clear answer or documentation showing where all of the other fees went. I am filing a complaint with Cadillac corporate and the NY Attorney General. Be careful and make sure that you check everything if you choose to do business here.

This dealership is. A scam I bought a Escalade where I was scammed . The window price on the Escalade was included it's destination charge but when signing the amount the double added the charge I figured out this later and asked the salesperson mooni . The manager Lawerence came and acknowledged this after and Said the loan is already done but they will compensate it with all weather mats and wheel locks to which we said ok and also they said they were gonna send my cousin who referred us there for referral amount which has also never arrived . Now I went there to get the mats the sales rep says he doesn't do that and do you have anyproof . He also took my phone to give himself and the dealer a 5 star review on google which I wasn't happy about since they are not providing with the things they promised it just feels like a complete scam . Not happy and plz beaware of scam in this place

I had a very painful and disappointing experience with Empire Cadillac long Island city Buying a Cadillac should feel special, especially when your family is excited about a new car. My wife was very happy at first, and we were looking forward to enjoying our Cadillac. Instead, this dealership turned the whole experience into stress, regret, and disappointment. The vehicle was represented to me as Certified Pre-Owned, and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. After the purchase, I checked with another Cadillac dealer and found out the car was not showing as CPO. That means the extra warranty I believed I was buying was not there. They also promised to fix small issues before delivery, including a scratch, a seat mark, and a missing charger part. Those promises were not completed. The price also ended up higher than what we discussed, and by the time I realized everything, I had already transferred my insurance and felt trapped into finishing the deal. Now, after the sale, they barely answer calls or emails. I am very unhappy that an official Cadillac dealership can behave this way. This kind of business hurts the reputation of Cadillac as a premium brand. My wife is sad about our new car instead of being happy, and that is the worst part for me. Be extremely careful with this dealership. Do not trust verbal promises. Get everything in writing and verify CPO status directly with Cadillac before signing anything.
