I recently purchased a new Cadillac XT5 from Empire Cadillac of Long Island City, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Huge thanks to Nick, the product specialist, Bryan, the sales manager, and Mike Martindale, the finance director. Every single one of them was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thorough in addressing all of my questions. They made what can often be a stressful process genuinely pleasant, transparent, and seamless. As for the car itself—I am absolutely in love with it! It looks gorgeous, drives unbelievably smooth, and is packed with amazing features. I am super grateful for such a seamless and positive purchasing experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Empire Cadillac of Long Island City for any future car purchases!

Nick and Charles helped me get into this beautiful new truck and Anthony Hunter is the business manager that explained everything when it came to financing and registering the vehicle. Nick is fantastic very well versed in the cars and trims. He gave me and my wife VIP treatment. I truly hope he can get the allocation for the vehicle i want. Id like to do business with him. Truly professional and gave me a proper tour about the showroom to discuss a vehicle for my wife.
