I just purchased my second vehicle from Empire Cadillac; I am thrilled with my Empire experience. Edina was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. She took the time to understand what I am looking for; she had me test drive several vehicles until I was happy. Edina and Frank helped me to get the best deal on the vehicle - a much better deal than I could get from competitors (I did a lot of research). Anthony the finance manager was excellent, he made sure I understood different financial options and how it would impact the price. Charles the general manager was also a pleasure to work with. Nick Henry made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and walked me through all the features. When all was said and done, Sharon called to check on my new cadillac and my experience. I felt at home in the dealership. The new building is beautiful. I highly recommend calling Edina and the Empire team for your next vehicle.

Service Advisor Kathy Questel Ive known for 20 years - very efficient - got in and out for my NY State inspection in 1 hour - thats because I do regular service at the prescribed service intervals.
