Empire is absolutely the worst dealership that I ever encountered! Since Empire took over nearly everyone left and literally NO ONE including Vincent Torres has a clue as to what is going on. By far, the worst customer service that I ever experienced! I have been waiting for a loaner since September 2025 but no one cares at all! Do not buy their extended bumper to bumper non exclusionary warranty because its not! $6000 for nothing!

I just completed my second service at Empire Cadillac of LIC. Getting an appointment was painless and the communication from Vincent Torres and his team, especially Marlon Mangroo was excellent. My experience was exactly what I would expect from a Cadillac service facility. Its been a pleasure dealing with Empire since the day I bought my car.

As usual I am more than satisfied and happy that I came to empire Cadillac service department to help me out with my vehicle needs today. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathy and they treat me like family. I normally do not look forward to having to have my car serviced but dealing with this service department makes it a pleasure.
