Definitely recommending the Empire Chevrolet service department in Hicksville!!! Everything from making the appointment, checking the vehicle in for service, pricing, paperwork, and finally leaving with the vehicle could've not been more seamless! Chris was my service advisor. He kept me updated while our Traverse was being serviced.He even noticed that the state inspection was up and took care of it! I've wanted to get some exterior upgrades for our car so at the time of pick up, I walked over to the parts department. At the parts counter I was helped by a handsome gentleman named Joe. Could've not been more than 5 minutes and Joe had already searched, found and ordered all the parts i wanted! Never had I have such a pleasant experience at any other dealership ever! Don't let any other Chevrolet dealership service or get parts for your cars than the Empire Chevrolet in Hicksville!!

Chris at the front desk made this a wonderful experience. They were informed on how long the wait would take, and then worked edficiently. They knew who I was when I arrived, and had all my paperwork ready at the cashiers desk (THIS IS NOT COMMON FOR A DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE). I have worked with many dealerships due to my work fleet of vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris specifically. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Just brought my car in to Empire Chevrolet for an EV sound recall and to have a dash mat installed. Chris Umali kept me informed along the way and I am very happy with the service provided. Both were under warranty. So, I did not have to pay anything.
