Excellent experience. There was no delay. My service advisor Ed Hoene was on top of it and got me and my vehile repaired and out quick. This is why I keep going back. Complementary coffee was also great.

The first car I purchased from this dealership, when it was known as Robert Chevrolet, was a 1984 Celebrity. I owned it for 14 years without any major issues. Then in 2012 I leased a new Equinox. In 2018 I leased another new Equinox. I am now on my third Equinox, a 2021 model which I originally leased, and subsequently bought after the lease expired. It goes without saying that I am very happy with Chevrolet products and service. Thank you.

Greg and Ed at empire Chevy of Hicksville were fantastic to deal with. They were very fast on fixing my Tahoe and kept me in the loop the whole time. I typically don't trust dealers to service my vehicles but I would go back to them with 0 hesitation. Glad to work with a dealer who still takes pride in their work.

My car broke down and I had it dropped off after hours. The next morning I called the service department to let them know. They said they would get to it as soon as they could. To my surprise it was ready quickly in just a few hours with no charge. Always great to hear!!! When I picked it up the service manager Ed Hoene was great and very personable. Great experience.
