I was accommodated during my visit and very pleased with how friendly everyone is. Gaby the finance manager was so sweet and helpful!! I truly appreciate everything Mario and Gaby did for me! Shoutout to Shaun Hassan for also collaborating on this journey with me. Their finance manager, Gabby got me a good deal and helped me with the banks. This dealership wont hide any fees and make sure u get what u are exactly looking for. Ask for Joel, u wont regret it!!!

I am writing this to warn others about my experience. I feel completely scammed by this dealership. In April 2025, I purchased a used car with a $4,500 down payment, which should have left a remaining balance of $6,000. Instead, under the guise of "helping" us, the dealership financed the vehicle through PNC Bank for nearly $12,000almost double the actual debt. When we realized the error, we contacted them immediately. Gabriela from the Finance Department assured us they would issue a check to pay off the excess amount they over-financed. I have been chasing them since August to resolve this, and all I have received are excuses: False claims about the bank: They claimed they attempted to send the payment twice and that the bank rejected it. However, we called PNC Bank today (December 30th), and they confirmed there is no record of these attempts nor any reason for a rejection. Broken promises: They told me a check would be ready on Tuesday, Dec 23rd, and then pushed it to Friday, Dec 26th, claiming they were "waiting for a signature." Neither happened. Inconsistent amounts: The latest update is that they issued a check for only $1,900, which does not cover the actual balance of the debt. I have yet to see any image or proof that this check even exists. This situation has been incredibly draining. My wife, who is currently postpartum, has been the one dealing with this constant stress and dishonesty. Our sales representative, Katherine Portillo, was attentive during the sale, but her responsibility ended the moment we signed. She handed us off to the finance department, where the experience has been a nightmare. My advice: If you are looking for a car, reconsider going elsewhere. If you are already in the process of buying here, get everything in writing. Do not trust their word, as they do not honor it.
