Excellent Service and a Professional Team Special thanks to advisor Gregory and Dawn! I visited the Service Department at Empire Chevrolet of Hicksville last Saturday for my annual New York State vehicle inspection. Unfortunately, my vehicle did not pass on the first attempt. The staff recommended that I drive the car more frequently, as it may not have been driven enough recently. They also proactively arranged a 10-day extension for my inspection, giving me sufficient time to continue driving the vehicle before returning for a retest. I returned yesterday, the following Saturday, and was happy to pass the inspection this time. Their advice turned out to be spot on, and I really appreciated their helpfulness and initiative in making the process easier for me. What impressed me most was not only the quality of their service but also the professionalism and courtesy of the entire team. Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite, and well organized. Communication was clear, and the service process was handled smoothly. Unlike some dealerships where things can become confusing when the original service advisor is unavailable, the team here seemed well coordinated and able to keep track of my situation. I felt that they genuinely cared about providing consistent service rather than leaving customers to explain everything all over again. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the Service Department at Empire Chevrolet of Hicksville. I appreciate their professionalism, clear communication, and customer-oriented approach. I would definitely return to this dealership for future service needs and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable and well-organized service team.
