The process from start to finish was positive. I enjoyed working with our salesman Sari and our financing specialist, Michel. They were very personable and knowledgeable. John, the manager, was also very professional and friendly. Most people feel like going to a dealership is a tortureous endeavor, but we did not feel that at all. They listened to what we wanted and even though they did not have inventory on the lot that would accomodate those requests, they had no issue finding and having it delivered back to their dealership. They answered every question or concern we had. I absolutely feel like we were given the best deal and I am very pleased we chose to take our business to Empire Chevrolet.

I highly recommend empire Chevrolet. I went in looking for a new truck they found what I wanted and were able to put together a great deal. I will be coming back for another new car !! Syed , Adrian & John friendly and easy to deal with

Empire was recommended to me by a family member. John and his staff were very helpful in finally getting me my car. Due to supply issues I waited months to get the car I wanted. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
