I wanted to recognize Katherine from Empire Chevrolet in Hicksville for the outstanding customer service she provided during my recent vehicle search. I initially connected with Katherine through an online inquiry about a newly listed pre-owned vehicle. The car had just arrived, yet she immediately went above and beyond by sending me personalized videos of the vehicle, including detailed walkarounds and introductions. She was incredibly responsive through text messaging and made the entire process easy and informative. She even offered to come in on her day off to meet me. Although I ultimately decided to purchase a different vehicle and go in a different direction, she continued to stay in touch and thoughtfully sent alternative vehicle recommendations without ever being pushy. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Empire Chevrolet, Katherine was one of the standout professionals I encountered throughout my entire car-buying experience.

Katherine was great. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. All of our preliminary communication was via email and text. Katherine answered all of my questions and provided all the information on the vehicle and financing options I requested. Once we finalized the numbers, we made the appointment I came in, looked at the vehicle and signed the paperwork. It was literally about an hour and a half vs a whole day event I've experienced in the past.
