Very bad service, because if you put a review they don't agree with they call you yelling at you and talking ugly to you, that's what a woman named Michelle did, I would never recommend this place!!!

We recently switched Dealerships to Empire Chevrolet. All the staff and the service manager Michelle G has done an out standing, and amazing job providing AC warranty work, new tires and a NY State inspection done our 2017 Suburban. Michelle has called me with full deal tails as the work needed to be done. Also the parking lot in the service drop off is large and there is a drop box for late drop off. We purchased our 2017 Suburban from East Hills in Freeport. The manager Chris Moffa told me my Standard is to high, because I complained when my Suburban was scratched and full of grease from the mechanics. Chris Moffa had to pay Vinny from Newbridge Autobody to wet sand, remove grease detail our truck. This just confirms that Michelle from Empire Chevrolet has a much higher standard.
