(Totally Satisfied!) Had a great experience at Empire Chevrolet. Their salesman, Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Big thanks as well to Finance Manager: Nick for making financing easy. I drove off in a 2023 Chevy Equinox that feels brand new and came with great perks like car washes and oil changes. Im very satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership. Empire Chevrolet is definitely my go-to from now on!

Read the reviews online before you step in. Their manager Martin is the worst. First, keep in mind what is posted online is never the starting price. You have to add the down payment instead of subtracting. Carfax does the right math they dont. Second there are hidden fees that dont show up till you sit down to make a deal. You should be aware of OTD price. Third while we were at the negotiating table with the salesperson, they said they sold the car already. On the average, add at least $8000 with Labor Day break and $500 coupon. Watch out. Guess what we are in the process of signing the dotted line for a newer and much less mileage car. The car is still available, I guess the other people did not fall for their gimmick. I wish I could give a zero, but the sales person was new and nice guy. Nick online said all the right things and that was the reason we went there but they were all lies. We will report them to BBB. Looking to make sure other ways to report this dealership so other customers dont get taken advantage of. Watch out for MARTIN the crook. Hope this helps. Owner of the company will be notified as well. Take my advice. The owner has responded to other reviews that are positive and I dont see any feedback from him so far. That tells me he is a shady dealership owner as well and he tells his workers to lie. Good luck everyone in your search.

I was told they have new management when I asked them about the very low reviews and I believed them. Not true. Just be careful please.

My daughter and I visited Empire looking for her first car. I made an online inquiry and promptly was set up to test drive 3 cars. True professionals here, the entire experience was top notch. No hidden fees and price was very fair. This is the first car I have purchased in 35 years where I felt completely satisfied and treated fairly. Thanks to Nick who set up our appointment, my sales professional Abdul, sales manager Andre and financing specialist David. Their teamwork was evident throughout the process. This will always be our first stop for any future purchases, and I look forward to the same professionalism from their service team. Thanks guys!!
