Mario was great salesman. Then Oscar comes and takes over the sales process. I asked him about 2 packages that were listed and he said “Oh that comes with the car”. I believed him but when I got home I saw I was charged $890 for things I didn’t want. OSCAR LIED. He also told me the best rate I could get was 6.9 even with an EXCEPTIONAL credit score. Again OSCAR LIED. When a dealer lies to you why would you get your next car from them?
