The process from start to finish was positive. I enjoyed working with our salesman Sari and our financing specialist, Michel. They were very personable and knowledgeable. John, the manager, was also very professional and friendly. Most people feel like going to a dealership is a tortureous endeavor, but we did not feel that at all. They listened to what we wanted and even though they did not have inventory on the lot that would accomodate those requests, they had no issue finding and having it delivered back to their dealership. They answered every question or concern we had. I absolutely feel like we were given the best deal and I am very pleased we chose to take our business to Empire Chevrolet.

My new used car salesman Sari ( pronounced Sadi) maked my purchase absolutely effortless. The finance manager Michele was unlike 99 % of the finance managers ive deal with over the last 40 years. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen. A 1 2 punch that got me in and out of the dealership in under an hour (also unheard of) Skip the other dealerships and give these guys a shot at your business.....ill be back again 100%
