I'm not one to leave a review but the outstanding service I received from Empire Chevy needs to be addressed publicly. From Pierre the salesman to Syed the finance manager, I can't rave enough about their professionalism, accountability, patience and effort to really find me the Truck I needed. Beyond that, they never made me feel rushed, pressured or that I was wasting their time. Just purchased a 2024 trax activ for my son and had a phenomenal experience with Joel and the team at Empire Chevy. Joel was great and super informative and made this process (which can sometimes be exhausting and frustrating) awesome! Syed in finance was straight forward and never made me feel like I was forced to purchase anything. Sales Manager was super polite and understood where I was trying to be and made sure we all had a number that worked for everyone.
