I'm not one to leave a review but the outstanding service I received from Empire Chevy needs to be addressed publicly. From Pierre the salesman to Syed the finance manager, I can't rave enough about their professionalism, accountability, patience and effort to really find me the Truck I needed. Beyond that, they never made me feel rushed, pressured or that I was wasting their time. Pierre was great from start to finish with helping me purchase my car. I walked in without an appointment but was able to be seen right away. I knew what I wanted to test drive and he did not push me to try anything else. I chose to not walk out with a car same day and Pierre and Oscar were very understanding that I needed time to decide. They worked together to get the price to what I could afford. Pierre was very communicative in updates on when my car would come in since the one I looked at was already sold once I decided. It was very easy picking it up, getting the plates, and Pierre made sure I knew the workings of the car, it was clean, and I was comfortable with it before I drove it off the lot.
