From the moment we walked in, Billy greeted us with a smile and a calm, casual, and helpful demeanor (which I was honestly worried about — I expected to feel bombarded or hounded like most car dealership experiences tend to be). Empire Chevy felt very different from any dealership I’ve ever walked into, and that was largely thanks to Billy Luna. He made the whole experience so enjoyable (probably my first ever). We talked through what I was interested in, went over the different features within each tier, and did a test drive. He was so patient as we worked through my budget and got to a number that actually made sense for me. I was in and out in about 3.5 hours with a car, all thanks to Billy and the team. From the finance manager, to the insurance support on-site, to the manager checking in throughout — you can really tell they care about the service and experience they’re providing. I’ve never had such a seamless and pleasant car buying experience. I’ve honestly been ranting about it to everyone I know. Billy was also kind enough to follow up a few days later to check in on how everything was going with the car and if I had any questions. I can’t recommend Billy and Empire Chevy enough!!
