GoogleEven though I live in Mineola, NY, and there is a Chevrolet dealership one mile away from my home, I drive the twenty miles to Huntington Chevrolet. The reason is the service department. Corvette Tech, Eric is probably the best Corvette Tech on Long Island. He only works on Corvettes. He treated My 2022 C8 like it was his car.Highly recommended!!

Even tho it was a bit long service.Eric the corvette specialist came out and fully explained.I felt assured of the test being performed and results.excellent detail..Thanking Jorel the service specialist, coming out to the waiting area giving updates,location of coffee machine and restrooms.As I walked around this clean and well organized dealership.i was greeted with warm smiles and pleasant hello's.Which made my 1.5 hr drive without traffic worthwhile..to this dealership.

GoogleI want to recognize Erick, the Service Manager, for the outstanding service he has provided. Since Erick took over, my experience with the service department has been excellent. Every time I’ve had an issue or concern, Erick has been extremely welcoming, professional, and respectful. He takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and most importantly, makes sure things are taken care of properly and in a timely manner. It makes a huge difference when you have a service manager who genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind the work of his department. Erick has completely changed my experience for the better and has earned my trust and respect. Thank you, Erick, for your professionalism, your attention to your customers, and for always making sure I’m taken care of. You are a true asset to the dealership and exactly what a Service Manager should be. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have been very disappointed towards Empire Chevy. Until today 5/8/26 I met with Eric the new service manager He was excellent I explained my problem with my car He explained to me what he thought it was within an hour or less the car was fixed. Thank You Eric Well Done. God Bless. Also a shout out to Mike who did my paperwork for my car several times Thank You Mike. Within several weeks Chevy Empire has improved.

My salesman is William Dave Pena and he’s the best I’ve ever dealt with when buying a new vehicle. Eric the technician is the absolute best corvette technician in New York . I highly recommend anyone interested in a Chevrolet to go to Empire Chevrolet.
