I have been very disappointed towards Empire Chevy. Until today 5/8/26 I met with Eric the new service manager He was excellent I explained my problem with my car He explained to me what he thought it was within an hour or less the car was fixed. Thank You Eric Well Done. God Bless. Also a shout out to Mike who did my paperwork for my car several times Thank You Mike. Within several weeks Chevy Empire has improved.

1st oil change should always be,as good at all Dealerships,Appt was at 11am,arrived at1030am spoke to Mike at service desk,I asked to speak with Eric the specialized vette mechanic.Mike demonstrated good people skills and job knowledge.took my keys regardless of being early,Shorty Eric spoke with me on what to expect in ownership,maintenance. Highly educated in mechanical skills and people skills,a great experience, even Anthony the salesperson came over.Kudos to this dealership.
