After visiting multiple dealerships and experiencing less than desirable customer service, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Wilberto at Empire Chevrolet. Greeted at the door with a smile, being spoken to like a friend, not a customer, and working with us to get to an out the door price within our budget. We drove one hour to come to this dealership and have no regrets; we were in and out, driving our new truck in a matter of a couple hours. Unlike other dealers where they pressure you to buy extra coverage/gap insurance/service contracts, Frank and their finance team are courteous and are transparent every step of the way.
