I have been very disappointed towards Empire Chevy. Until today 5/8/26 I met with Eric the new service manager He was excellent I explained my problem with my car He explained to me what he thought it was within an hour or less the car was fixed. Thank You Eric Well Done. God Bless. Also a shout out to Mike who did my paperwork for my car several times Thank You Mike. Within several weeks Chevy Empire has improved.

My service manager Mike was very patient in answering all my questions. My mechanic Eric was also very thoughtful in explaining things to me. I feel like I was treated like family. It was a very good experience at Empire Chevrolet!
