Yesterday I went to the new service center for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am writing this review to share my great experience. Bree was fantastic from the moment I got there until the moment I picked up my car-she made my customer experience very pleasant-she was professional, friendly, answered all my questions efficiently and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in any dealership. The new service center was comfortable and spacious, but overall Bree made my visit exceptional. Keep up the great work Empire-I will happily recommend your service center and Bree to all my fellow Jeep owners. Thank you and already looking forward to my next visit

I’m a first time Jeep owner. I’ve had it for 2 1/2 years. I love it. I’m also someone who doesn’t write reviews but I feel compelled to do so now. I’ve had horrendous experiences at previous service centers. But this place is the best. I’ve taken it in for service for mostly small things maybe 4-5 times and my experience here has been excellent. In particular Bree Lucente. She’s the person on point and the liaison. Polite and very knowledgeable. I never have to wonder what’s going on with my car. When she says she’s going to call she does. She gives straight answers. Bree makes what otherwise can be a stressful experience a lot easier and less worrisome to deal with and it really is appreciated.
