Just purchased a new Jeep Grand cherokee from Empire, and from start to finish was a simple, easy, and great experience. Started the process with the manager Rob, who was straight forward, didn't waste my time and got right down to business. He handed me off to Sulltana, who effortlessly helped get us to the finish line, helped with the trade in of my old vehicle, and also was able to be flexible with my work schedule and had me in the new jeep literally the next day! She made the process very easy, and we will be coming back for our future purchases! Also Dan in fiancee was also great and got me in and out the door within a hour!

Had a great experience here! We worked with Rene, Robert and Dan and all three of them were top tier. Honestly, we walked in not thinking we were going to leave with a car at all. We really just wanted to see what our options were and what the numbers would look like. They ended up working everything out for us and getting us to numbers we were really happy with and somehow we ended up leaving with a 2026 Grand Cherokee! The whole experience was super laid back and comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything, which we really appreciated. We also had our 2 year old with us and somehow he made it through the entire process without a single tantrum - so that alone tells you how calm the atmosphere was! Definitely a great experience overall. Huge thank you again to Rene, Robert and Dan for working with us and making everything so easy. We absolutely love our new Grand Cherokee!

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Max and Dan. These guys helped me with a huge issue I was having and didnt know who to go to. When I say help, I mean they personally took it upon themselves to assist me when they definitely did not have to go out of their way to. Will be coming back to this dealership for future purchases and recommend anyone looking for a Jeep (etc) to do so!
