I would like to take this time to write this review about 1 individual in particular. I want to thank Dianna Oneil for all her help and patience with dealing with my vehicle. Her communication is impeccable and in today’s time that says so much about her as person and the establishment. I had a recall and the parts were on back order, my schedule was in conflict with availability to resolve the issue BUT that was no issue for Dianna. She was able to make it happen quick fast and in a hurry. Again I will thank her for all the help I received. As far as the whole environment of the service center it has that NEW building smell! Clean comfortable and very spacious , I like the new digs. I would say usually waiting around for your vehicle to be fixed is somewhat soul sucking but not this time. Thanks again!

This brand-new service center is amazing! I brought my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in for a 3rd high-voltage battery replacement and couldn’t be happier with the experience. After trying a few other service centers in the area (Levittown and Huntington), I knew the moment I walked into Empire CJDR of West Islip that I would be in good hands. My service advisor, Dianna, was phenomenal. She kept me perfectly updated via text messages throughout the entire repair process. Professional, stress-free, and top-notch customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
