The service team is so good, Gloria is great. The whole place is set up well. Always a pleasant experience when I go. Update. Service Center moved to Bayshore now.. but I just signed a new Ram lease with them, started with the details over the phone and email, was able to get prompt responses from the sales manager Denis, who made sure there was the opportunity to make a deal, and Edwin who closed the deal and getting all the background work done, and Dan topping the team off to really make the entire experience seamless and hastle-free. Update 2- turns out the sales agent neglected to see a final payment when I handed my truck in, and had me sign a page acknowledging there was no further payment owed by me or them when there was, they neglected to pay the said payment, and now my credit rating is down over 90 points for a delinquent payment and the dealership wants me to split the payment with them, so now I pay twice for their mistake: I still have to make a payment on a truck i havent had in a month, and my credit needs to be repaired. What's in writing should be honored. After 4 leases this will be the last with any of the Empire dealerships thanks to this experience since 630 dollars is worth more to them than an 11-year returning customer who's paid thousands to their dealership over the years.

My salesman was Edwin and my title for some reason had to lean on it even though I bought the car out right Edwin went the extra mile to make sure that I got the lien release so that I was able to trade my car in for my new car. He stands head and shoulders above the crowd. I appreciate all his help and everything he did for me.

I recently had the pleasure of buying my new Jeep at Empire in West Islip. Denis and Edwin were amazing and easy to work with. Pricing was transparent, honest, and they beat any other offers I had by quite a bit including more for my trade in. Went to empire jeep the other day Edwin was outstanding! I was there car shopping and he helped me with every question I had! I HIGHLY recommend Edwin as your car salesman! Along with their manager Denis, he was very professional and patient with what I was looking for. Will definitely be back for future purchases!! Highly recommend this store! Great team!
