We had a check engine light and no charging on our 2024 jeep 4xe. Smithtown service said no appointment until October. Jim Ingrassia said get it to me before noon and I can try and help as best as possible. He had the car for less than a week but got rid of the check engine light and the new charging unit and recall fixed Thank you to Jim and his team
