The service here are is worst I have ever come across in the 20 years that I have owned and leased Jeeps (and I’ve been to Browns and port Jeff who are horrendous). You would think a customer with a brand new 2026 Jeep with 1.5k miles on it, would be taken care of since the problem was clearly manufacturer defect of the engine and spark plugs. Fast forward a month, tried to go to work. Jeep was dead. Called the service center again and when I asked the chick at the front desk to speak with her supervisor, she put me on hold, then picked back up while trying to change her voice. LOL SO Empire sold me a Lemon but refuses to hold emergency loaner cars. My tow truck driver says he picks up at least 10 of these jeeps dead per week. I was told by a mechanic it wasn’t a battery issue but Jeep replaced both batteries on my brand new car and were able to start my car and send me on my way with no explanation from service guy William as to what the underlying issue was. I’m supposed to go on vacation next week. A 10 hour drive. And due to the inept customer service i have experienced with the service dpt at Empire, right now our bets are 5-15% chance we make it back it alive in my brand new 2026 Jeep GC
