Best dealership in Long Island, this would be my 5th lease with West islip and it just keeps getting better and better. Working with Jonathan was a breeze, he made everything run smooth and easy. Thats why my daughter and I got our leases together. He got us the numbers we wanted and the Jeeps as well and still was able to watch the Soccer game. From the moment we set our feet I the building, all good and positive vibes. My story begins with Max, our sales friend. He was really sincere in assisting me to get the best deal possible. He is personable, so sweet, so smart. Then he introduced us to Marvin, the sales manager, he was the biggest man I have seen,with a heart and personality to match. Now signing my paperwork. Easy peasy. I have purchased vehicles in the past and it felt like I was buying a house😒. But Not at Empire. Jasmine was the absolute best, her work flow was so smooth and she made it so comfortable. All I know is if you are in need of a car, truck, van, or a new friend even😁 GO TO EMPIRE WEST ISLIP!! This will be the only place i will be purchasing a car from now on. You go in as a customer, but you will leave as an EMPIRE family member!! I can't thank you all enough!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Max Reitmayr at empire on a new lease. Max was kind, transparent, guided us in the right direction and was extremely knowledgeable and customer centric. Max will go above and beyond for his customers and has made us a customer for life. It is rare especially in the car industry to find a salesman who genuinely cares for this customer and does his best for them. We have leased several cars and have dealt with many different sales team members, and none of them have come close to Max’s professionalism, kindness and customer centricity. Just want to give a huge shoutout to Max and Dan. These guys helped me with a huge issue I was having and didn’t know who to go to. When I say help, I mean they personally took it upon themselves to assist me when they definitely did not have to go out of their way to. Will be coming back to this dealership for future purchases and recommend anyone looking for a Jeep (etc) to do so!

I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 from Empire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in West Islip and has a wonderful experience in dealing with Max and Darren from the sales team. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for over thirty years when I first bought my Dodge Durango SLT 4x4 and put over 230,000 miles on it. Loved that SUV but have switched to the Jeep brand. This is my third Jeep and I am a big fan. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Max, Darren or any of the other sales team members and I’m sure they will treat you like family.
