Leased a 2026 grand Cherokee from Empire on 5/30 and dealt with Nick. Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did Empire give me the best deal but they were also extremely fast when it came time for delivery. This is by far the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. No BS , and completely smooth. I highly recommend Empire CJDR.

Walked into empire met a great salesmen Nick , Nick answered all our questions, great conversation, very knowledgeable & personal , Nick helped us compare jeeps 2026 or 2025 grand Cherokee , even the when it was time to sit with the loan depart all very smooth and not pushy explaining everything .. definitly recommending Nick at Empire west islip ! Nick our salesman was nothing short of incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional. We had 2 test drives in the rain. Nick brought the car under the covered area for us twice. I would highly recommend buying a car from Empire JDR but definitely ask for Nick! He’s the best.

I can't say enough about the team at Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Sunrise Highway West Islip. Nick Bilello thank you for reaching out to me in regards to the Durango I was looking for and setting me up with Luis Perez. Luis thank you very much for all the time you took with my husband and I to make this happen. Thank you for showing me all the details in my new Durango that are different from the 2018. This was probably one of the best experiences my husband and I had purchasing a car anywhere I'm glad we're customers of Empire! Oh I can't forget Dan in financing, thank you for going over everything with us, it gets confusing but you took the time to explain everything. Even after we had a car at home you still helped us out with information it's not like you sold us a car and then you disappeared you're still right there for us. We appreciate you all very much.

I really appreciated the way the sales team handled setting up my appointment, specifically Nick. The process was quick, easy, and very organized. I went in yesterday feeling super overwhelmed after a bad experience at another dealership. Nick set up my appointment and really listened to what I needed. As soon as I arrived, I started working with Jorge Molinahe was amazing! Seriously the best car shopping experience Ive had. Daniel in financing was also greathe explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Highly recommend this place! And definitely ask for Jorge for the best experience!

My experience purchasing my car through Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was fantastic! I was actually on my way to purchase a car at a different dealership and stopped at Empire to look at one last car. Upon arrival at Empire, I was greeted by sales consultant Vinson Noel. Vinson did such an excellent job at presenting the one last car I was going to look at. Vinson did an great job of presenting the car, providing us with a full car fax, accompanied us on two test drives, and was so knowledgeable of the cars features that we ended up buying the car! I also like to acknowledge the great job Finance Manager Diego Ortiz did with helping complete our paperwork and providing us an extended warranty. I am very happy that I stopped in at the Empire Dealership, which I would highly recommend to my friends and family!
