HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP DO NOT USE! I used this dealership for multiple vehicles before and had nothing but good things to say BUT when I went to purchase a work truck, they false advertised the price. I spoke to a sales Rep Nick to make an appointment, showed up he was nowhere to be found, and the price of the vehicle changed $5000 higher. I even had the printout of the truck with VIN, SKU NUMBER, PRICE ECT from their actual website with the actual website address on the paperwork and the sales Manager Marvin said he can't use that and wont honor the price I even had my paperwork I printed out was directly from their website 12 hours prior from me coming! He goes where did you get that from? I told him from your website, all the sudden I was interested in the truck and they raised the price! SCAM ARTIST DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! FALSE ADVERTISING, I WILL ALSO REPORT TO BBB! LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYBODY I SENT STOPS GOING TO THEM! Price advertised was $24,670 they changed the price online to $29,295 right before I came down and then played dumb!

Leased a 2026 grand Cherokee from Empire on 5/30 and dealt with Nick. Nick was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did Empire give me the best deal but they were also extremely fast when it came time for delivery. This is by far the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. No BS , and completely smooth. I highly recommend Empire CJDR.

Walked into empire met a great salesmen Nick , Nick answered all our questions, great conversation, very knowledgeable & personal , Nick helped us compare jeeps 2026 or 2025 grand Cherokee , even the when it was time to sit with the loan depart all very smooth and not pushy explaining everything .. definitly recommending Nick at Empire west islip ! Love my Jeep❤️

My husband and I have been buying Dodge/Ram/Jeep products from Darren DiFlorio for 30 years. He has always gone above and beyond for us and our family. We have shared his names with friends and they have been just as satisfied. Our most recent product was a 2026 Durango. Darren sat us with Salesman-Nick Lanzello. Nick was fabulous! He went above and beyond to find us the color and features we requested as well as keep us within our budget. When we picked up our Durango it was PERFECT- clean and sparkly! ( He made sure himself) Nick explained any new features as we had just returned our 2023 Durango. We are so appreciative of all their outstanding efforts and will continue to speak highly of both of these gentlemen and share our experience.

Nick our salesman was nothing short of incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient and professional. We had 2 test drives in the rain. Nick brought the car under the covered area for us twice. I would highly recommend buying a car from Empire JDR but definitely ask for Nick! He’s the best.

I can't say enough about the team at Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Sunrise Highway West Islip. Nick Bilello thank you for reaching out to me in regards to the Durango I was looking for and setting me up with Luis Perez. Luis thank you very much for all the time you took with my husband and I to make this happen. Thank you for showing me all the details in my new Durango that are different from the 2018. This was probably one of the best experiences my husband and I had purchasing a car anywhere I'm glad we're customers of Empire! Oh I can't forget Dan in financing, thank you for going over everything with us, it gets confusing but you took the time to explain everything. Even after we had a car at home you still helped us out with information it's not like you sold us a car and then you disappeared you're still right there for us. We appreciate you all very much.

I went in yesterday feeling super overwhelmed after a bad experience at another dealership. Nick set up my appointment and really listened to what I needed. As soon as I arrived, I started working with Jorge Molinahe was amazing! Seriously the best car shopping experience Ive had.
