Rob, the manager has since personally contacted me and assisted as best he could given the info he has and I appreciate it highly. It did take some time but late is better than never.

Both Rob and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They helped me every step of the way. I would 100 percent recommend Greg to everybody he is extremely helpful and polite and his communication is on point. He really made me feel awesome towards the whole thing.

I recently purchased a 2023 precertified Dodge Durango, and within the first month I noticed several issues with the radio and front brakes. Initially, I was told these concerns were not covered, despite the vehicle being precertified. However, after discovering another issue with a headlight, I contacted the service department again. Thats when my service advisor, Robert Sebor, completely restored my faith in quality customer service and workmanship. Not only did he thoroughly explain the problems and associated costs, but he also took the time to research my warranty and confirmed that the repairs were indeed covered. Robert stayed in constant communication, keeping me updated on the status of the parts, what work was being done, and when the job would be completed. This level of professionalism, transparency, and dedication is exactly what I expectand what I consider true 5star service.
