I was having a UConnects problem with my 2022 Durango. I had it for 4 years and never had a problem. I called Empire to see if they could get me in to help me square away the issue. I spoke with Diana in service. She was so helpful and they got me in right away. The service center is super clean and professional. My husband and I were looking to trade our lease and since we had a fantastic experience with the service center we decided to look around. The Manager Rob was great and he connected us with a great member of his sales team Greg. Greg was super personable, professional and more importantly helpful. We showed him what we wanted and he made it happen. Trading in the lease was so much easier than expected. We've purchased or leased multiple vehicles over the years through different dealers and this by far was our best and most hassle free transaction. 10/10 recommended. We are now in the 2026 Durango with the Hemi. Love it. Thank you to everyone from the service center and sales.
