I had an excellent experience at Empire Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge/Ram. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Bree was outstanding, her customer service, knowledge, and communication were top-notch. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Scott also deserves a ton of credit for how quickly they got me in and out of my service appointment. In today’s world, that kind of efficiency really stands out. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free experience. Highly recommend this dealership for both service and professionalism!

Personal care and immediate response. In particular Scott Forenza , the service director took a personal interest in I neglected to mention that we were personally served by William Wenzel who shepherded the experience personally. We were in and out in a flash thanks to his attentiveness Never had a better experience!!

Empire CJDR of West Islip is the place to go for. Scott Forenza was on point from the moment I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation. A cup and a half of coffee in and I was on my way. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely the worst Jeep dealership around. I went in to get a couple of recall services performed as well as a diagnostics on noise coming from the front and rear end. Katerina, which was my service advisor advised me that she was going to be out the following day, therefore my auto wasn't going to be looked at until she would arrive the following day. Mind you, i had an appointment to come in that day. Bad service practice #1. Once the recalls were completed, as well as the diagnostics, I chose not have them repair the issues that they stated needed to be done. They would not provide me with a diagnostics report even though I paid $330 for it. I contacted Scott, the director of the business and asked him to provide to me the diagnostics report that I paid for. After going back and forth with him via email to no avail of him providing me with a diagnostics report that I paid for, he directed me to contact "Bree" and that she would provide to me with what I was looking for because he would be "out on a business trip". I did call Bree but of course she wasn't available and someone else offered to assist me. I explained to him that I was looking to obtain the diagnostics report that I overlly paid for and he began to verbally explain to me the finding of the mechanics diagnostics. I requested that he email the diagnostic report and he assured to me that it would be done in 20 minutes. This was four days ago and I still have not received the diagnostics report that I purchased. STAY AWAY FROM EMPIRE* CHRYSLER*DODGE*RAM DEALERSHIP!!!! They only have a 4.2 review rating for which in my opinion, is too high. Take your business to a more reputable Jeep dealership on the island: Browns Jeep 4.7 review rating Smithhaven Jeep 4.7 Huntington Jeep 4.6 Westbury Jeep 4.6 Garden City 4.5

Dear Mr. Brown, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Empire Jeep. I have been a loyal customer for approximately five years, having purchased a total of four vehicles from your dealershipthree for my business and one personal. This history should command a certain level of respect, but my recent experience suggests otherwise. In the past, Kyle Cadolino, the former general manager, consistently handled all issues with the professionalism and timeliness I expected. I have always understood that manufacturer defects are not the dealership's fault, but the way a dealership addresses them is a clear reflection of its appreciation for its customers. Right now, that reflection is abysmal. I purchased my 2022 Grand Wagoneer brand new. Since then, I have only had the ability to drive it for an estimated 12-15 months total, thanks to the constant, frustrating, and numerous trips in and out of your service bay. The timeline of the current issue is outrageous: The vehicle was returned to me in May 2025 after being in your service department for an inexcusable 9 monthswith issues still unresolved! You took the vehicle back in July with the promise that you would only need it for 48 hours. It has now been another four months, and I still have no timeline on when I will get my truck back. What is even more galling is the radio silence. I have sent multiple emails to Scott Forenza, the Service Manager, and Robert Portesy, the General Manager, and have received absolutely no substantive response. This complete lack of communication is not just poor customer service; it is utterly unprofessional and demonstrates a staggering disregard for a long-standing, repeat customer. My loyalty has been met with negligence and silence. I demand an immediate update and a concrete plan to resolve this unacceptable situation. Sincerely, A Customer who can attest your slogan is a lie

Had my 2022 Durango serviced from empire a few times but had several issues with service and the service manager Scott. After having some issues they finally gave me over to Joe Deguire in service. FINALLY received excellent service and I could not be happier with the way he treated me and my car. This guy really takes his job serious and he should be praised by his supervisor. He got my car fixed and always updated me. Kudos to Joe.
