I purchased a 2024 Wagoneer S, my first EV & EV delivery. My salesman Seye, was very nice. Beyond that he wasn’t any more help thru the process. I explained to the Finance gentleman only run my credit through Stellantis as my credit isn’t a problem. He took it upon himself to run it through Stellantis and he ran it through the dealer itself. I’m sure if my credit was lower he could “put together a deal?” although I already said if the advertised lease deal wasn’t available I wasn’t getting the vehicle. The problem is two credit checks stay on for 2 years. Credit checks equate to 10% of your credit score. I was told to pick up the Wagoneer S on Monday. I got there Monday and Wagoneer S was gleaming. It was spotless in and out. The battery was however 50% charged. On delivery the we did the paperwork, went to the car. I opened the door , I got in, started the car and the salesman said good luck. That was it. I guess the vehicle is self explanatory. I had follow up from several members of the Empire Service in regards to a recall. The Jeep one day the gear selector would not go into park. Called the dealer and asked about a tow and was told they don’t do that, contact your insurance company. So I called Geico and had them tow. It was fixed in 5 business days which I guess is OK on an emergency basis. It had 1000 miles on it. I got it back and they fixed the issue but left me with two more. The walk up didn’t unlock the doors and the button didn’t lock them. I tried calling the service department to ask if it was a setting and left several messages but never heard back. At about 1500 miles the vehicle started to get a pull to the left on hard acceleration. It had always been to the right. The left pull caused me to hit a newly developed pot hole. Not so big to fall into but enough to pop a tire or two.
