This was, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and frustrating truck-buying experience I’ve ever had. We agreed on a price with the salesperson, but when I got to the finance office, I was blindsided with an additional $6,000 in charges. When I questioned it, the finance manager was rude and sarcastically asked, “Did you really think that was the right price?” My answer was yes—that was exactly the price the salesperson had quoted me. Instead of honoring the deal or trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was treated with disrespect. To make matters worse, the dealership wasted my time and money by having me make multiple trips back and forth. Then I had to fight with them for weeks just to get my deposit refunded. From the misleading pricing to the rude treatment and the hassle of getting my own money back, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that others avoid this dealership. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment by taking your business elsewhere.

I went to bayshore rd to have my car serviced. Katerina made my visit so easy. When I told her I was going to walk home to deer park she insisted I use your uber service. I was so grateful. I will recommend my family and friends who own jeeps to get their service done on bayshore rd and to see Katerina. She was wonderful to deal with and I thank her for everything.

Yesterday I went to the new service center for my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am writing this review to share my great experience. Bree was fantastic from the moment I got there until the moment I picked up my car-she made my customer experience very pleasant-she was professional, friendly, answered all my questions efficiently and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in any dealership. The new service center was comfortable and spacious, but overall Bree made my visit exceptional. Keep up the great work Empire-I will happily recommend your service center and Bree to all my fellow Jeep owners. Thank you and already looking forward to my next visit
