My first time at this ford dealer with a truck I inherited from my dad who recently passed. I was told by my local guy Hans that I have two recalls that needed to be addressed by a dealer. So off to empire we went and let me tell you what a bunch of nice friendly people that couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. The standout is the gentleman who took us in as service advisor his name was Gustavos Vasconcellos or Gus he was so helpful and informative that we will be back and possibly buy another ford or Lincoln based solely on his professionalism and pleasant manner.
