I had one of the best customer experiences today walking into Empire Ford of Huntington. I was looking into trading in my 2019 Ford Explorer and leasing a new one. I was immediately helped by salesperson Kenner Rosario who patiently helped to match me with the vehicle I was searching for and allowing me to test drive them. Once I decided on the vehicle I was introduced to Jason Schrager the Finance Manager who immediately worked out a great deal for me on a lease for a new Explorer. The whole process was seamless from trading in to getting a new lease for the new car which was due to Jason and Kenner’s efforts and they worked so well together. Kenner Rosario is a delight. He worked hard to find us just the right vehicle with all the equipment we required. He even called us on his day off to make sure things were progressing smoothly with our leasing process. Jason(in finance), Sam and John were equally helpful and conscientious.
