I had a great experience at Empire Ford. I had the worst experience with my Honda HRV and they went above and beyond to get me out of my financing with the Honda and into a 2025 Ford Bronco that I love. Long island is such a small world and John and Greg and Jayson had so much in common with people in my life and they treated me like family! I already recommended them to friends and family looking for a quick and welcome experience since car buying can be so overwhelming. I wasn’t there all day which was even better and drove away with my new car the same day! Thank you again for all your help!

This is a love letter to Empire Ford and a story of how the manager John Lane helped us rebuild our life. My husband and I live in Colorado. We had a Mini Cooper convertible we loved. 6 weeks ago he was involved in a terrible car accident, and this is the scene of the crash. If a Good Samaritan hadn’t stopped, run down the embankment, pulled him from the burning car, performed CPR until he got a heartbeat back Mike would not be alive. Truly angels walk among us. My husband has a long road ahead but he is expected to make a full recovery. As part of that recovery, We really wanted the exact same car. I did a nationwide search and found the exact replacement at Empire Ford. I called the dealership and John answered the phone. I told him the whole story and he helped me navigate the entire process of buying the car sight unseen. I had so many questions and concerns and everytime I called he picked up the phone and walked me through every step. I had the car shipped and we now have our replacement mini. I can’t recommend John and Empire Ford enough. They feel like family now. Thank you!

I was greeted by the SWEETEST girl and from that point on I was blown away by the attention, kindness, effort and efficiency of every person I came in contact with. I've never experienced anything like it at any dealership. I'm currently working on buying a new car from Greg, but I simply couldn't wait to leave a positive review for them!

Empire ford John Mikutel at Empire Ford in Huntington was very helpful when making my recent car purchase. I had to order the car that I wanted and even though I knew that it would take a while to receive, John was very responsive when I called to get… updates and he made sure to call as soon as he had any new information. Very disappointed in this dealership. My sister specifically asked if a certain car was available for sale which She was assured (in writing) that it was. She didn't want to end up in a "bait and switch" situation so I she specifically asked the salesman (John) numerous times if he was sure he could sell her the car that they had "on order". After assuring her that she could purchase this car, he took a $500 deposit. He even scanned over the contact with the vin number on it! After 2 days She got an email that his manager told him that the car he sold her couldn't be sold as it was for a display model. You would think they would've realized this before taking her $500??? She asked them to do right by her and honor the sale since they already took her money but they refused. Now She will start her car shopping all over again and have to wait days to get her$500 back (who knows if shell even get it back). I don't blame the salesman as he asked THREE managers and they all told him that it could be sold. Once they got her money then realized they couldn't sell it?? The car is even still up for sale on their website!! Avoid this dealership as they scammed my family. We don't bait and switch as it is ILLEGAL!
