Service Consultant Robert C. was very helpful and with help of the service dept technicians solved my issue. The solution was Empire Ford applying a software update to my car which resolved -> Error messages i was getting. Laura of service dept was also very helpful! Also outside female service greeter helped give me a lift home.

Huntington Ford service is one of the best service centers I own for for years. They take amazing care of you from coming to your house to do simple fixes and upgrades and recalls to In shop work. I cant thank Laura enough and the rest of their team. They were absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend using their Service Center because Ive used several and they are the best.

The team over at Empire Ford Lincoln of Huntington is absolutely amazing. I recently had some issues with my vehicle which resulted in me having to bring my car back a few times until it was ultimately fixed (no fault to them as sometimes these things just happen). Not only did they assure me they would not rest until they found the problem, but they also made sure to secure a loaner vehicle and made sure to keep a clear line of communication with me. Gus was fantastic along every step of the way in making sure the repairs were getting done and Laura was excellent at hearing out my concerns and following up about my situation. Long story short Empire Ford Lincoln of Huntington did right by me! This is my 2nd Lincoln, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. So long as I'm driving, I will always have a vehicle from Empire Ford Lincoln of Huntington. Bravo to everyone at Empire Ford Lincoln of Huntington!!!

I had to have my car towed to Empire for service. The staff responded quickly and professionally. I didn't have an appointment and they were busy. But Laura and Rob the service coordinator got the car evaluated right away. They both followed up with status phone calls. Polite and competent. They "care" and showed an unusual level of concern - and effort.
