The service advisor, Ricky Persaud was very kind and helpful. My oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner and they even tested my battery and found it to be defective. When Ricky looked it up he found the battery to still be under warranty. I was able to get a new battery under warranty. Thank you for checking everything!
