Service Consultant Robert C. was very helpful and with help of the service dept technicians solved my issue. The solution was Empire Ford applying a software update to my car which resolved -> Error messages i was getting. Laura of service dept was also very helpful! Also outside female service greeter helped give me a lift home.

Empire Ford Service was quick and friendly. Robert Ciaccio was friendly and professional. He got my service order processed quickly, and I was in and out within an hour. The facility is clean and modern with a covered drop-off area, which was great because it was raining heavily the day I came. Hopefully I won't need to visit them often, but I will return there if I need work done on my truck. Thanks
