Edit: I ran into an issue with my lease return about 6 months after getting my new Lightning. The sales manager Sam reached out to me and assured me that he would resolve the problem. He went above and beyond to get in contact with the leasing company and resolve all the issues. It was a pleasure to work with Sajan 'Saj' Sood! I called him for an F150 and he got back to me very quickly with the terms of my lease. Empire was able to give me the best price by far and everyone there was great to work with. No pressure sales team and finance office.

I leased my Mach E on the last day of September to make the very most of the federal credit whilst it was there, Saj was very helpful over the phone laying up the deal, once I was happy with the numbers I went up to the dealership in person to see the car and was smitten. Saj and the team got the deal done and the car cleaned whilst I went for lunch and they even did the registration so I didnt have the hassle of temp plates and all that nonsense. It was obviously a busy day but they were amazing. Highly recommended. Also the car itself is a lot of fun for an EV!
