I had the best buying experience with Brad Simon, the Sales Specialist at Empire Ford in Huntington. From the minute I walked in the door, all sales personal were friendly and very accommodating. I really appreciated that Brad went the extra mile into giving me a great deal with my trade it. Then went over all the spectacular features, from top to bottom on the Bronco Sports that I purchased. Many thanks to the entire team, Kelly, Sam, Mike and Jayson. Empire is lucky to have such a great salesman representing their dealership.

I was in search of a Bronco Sport and had gone to many websites looking for a particular trim. I came across the Out Banks in this beautiful Eruption Green at Empire Ford in Huntington.. It was a loaner car with very low mileage. I would have preferred new, but Kelly from the internet team gave me a great price and showed me the discount by presenting the original and post sticker price. I went in initially just to inspect the features and ended up driving out with my Bronco within a few hours. The managers Sam & Mike introduced me to Brad Simon, the Sales Specialist. This guy was so accommodating, going over every one of the elaborate features of the Sport. It's a lot to digest and it'll be a learning experience. He offered me a great price on my trade in, so that secured my down payment. We went for a test drive and the Bronco rode beautifully. I already had been preapproved for a loan so Jayson finalized the financing. Brad went over every inch of the Bronco, showing me all the incredible features such as the leather trim seats, moon roof, lighting all over the place and all the modern digital features on the screens. The digital 13 inch screen is amazing. I'll have to give myself daily lessons. I am so pleased to have run into such a great sales team. When I had gone to another dealer, there was an issue with the sunroof on my trade in. I was going to have it repaired since I had still had a lifetime warrantee, but the other dealer wanted nothing to do with my Jeep, which was really in great shape. . At Empire, they said they would have the repairs made without the insurance and gave me a great trade-in value. One less thing for me to worry about. I was surprised at how accommodating this entire team was after the other dealer rejected me. So within a few hours I was driving my new Bronco home. They don't make this metallic green anymore so I was so happy to have found the one dealer that had this in stock. It amazes me how the colors change at the various times of the day when the sun hits just right. I also wanted to mention that I was having trouble with the alarm system and the service team offered to send out a mobile repair unit. I thought that was so nice. even though I eventually solved the problem. So many digital features to be learned. Thank you, Brad for a wonderful buying experience that couldn't have gone any better. Employees Worked With: BRAD SIMON, JAYSON SCHRAGER, KELLY, Mike Daniels, Sam Greene

On 5/18/26 I put a $500 deposit on a new 2026 Ford F150 XLT with the Black Appearance Package Plus at Empire Ford of Huntington. The black package is a chrome delete option you pay extra for. Black 20" wheels, painted body color bumpers and black badging. The salesman, Fred Marotti, showed me the truck. It was parked under a tree at there service department back lot. The truck was filthy. He promised the truck would be spotless at delivery. I told him I wanted no dealership badging on my truck other than a license plate frame. On 5/29/26 my wife and I went to pick the truck up. We went out to see the truck. Both side panels on the box had scratches from the tree branches where the truck was stored. The driver's door had two chips in the paint on the edge. The front bumper was scratched. The FX4 decal on the bed had a scratch. The bed was dirty and filled with leaves and branches. When I pointed them out to Fred Marotti his response was "I will order you a bottle of touch up paint". The imbecile actually thought I was going to hand paint chips and scratches on a brand new $67,925 truck. I then looked down to see that the idiot drilled through the wheel lip openings on the back two fenders and the inner wheel wells. He mounted two cheap chrome mud flaps with large rubber extensions behind the rear wheels. Of course they had Empire Ford logos on both. These were the hideous mud flaps you see on commercial dump trucks and landscaping trucks. We were in shock. I told him he voided the sale and we wanted our deposit back. We went into the showroom. He wrote out a cancellation of sale receipt which he signed. He told us the $500 refund would appear back in our account within 5-10 business days. We never got it. I called him and he would not return our calls. I called his manager, Sam Greene. He saw the refund was never issued. He promised he would submit it within 24 hours. He didn't. I tried calling him at the dealership. He wouldn't take my call or return my message. He used his receptionist, Elaine, as a shield to intercept my calls. I have filed a dispute with my bank and credit card company. My advice to anyone interested in buying a Ford is avoid Empire Ford of Huntington. And at all costs avoid the two low lifes that work there. Fred Marotti and Sam Greene.

Kenner Rosario is a delight. He worked hard to find us just the right vehicle with all the equipment we required. He even called us on his day off to make sure things were progressing smoothly with our leasing process. Jason(in finance), Sam and John were equally helpful and conscientious. Our new F-150 is fabulous in both form and function, but most importantly our dog Roo loves it. It is everything she dreamed of. Thanks again to everyone at Empire Ford. Now go call Kenner and get a Ford!

I visited this dealership for the first time after being a 30 year loyal customer to another dealership. I was greeted by the SWEETEST girl and from that point on I was blown away by the attention, kindness, effort and efficiency of every person I came in contact with. I've never experienced anything like it at any dealership. I'm currently working on buying a new car from Greg, but I simply couldn't wait to leave a positive review for them!

I recently purchased a new truck and had an outstanding experience working with Yuhan. From start to finish, Yuhan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. There was no pressure—just honest guidance, clear communication, and a real commitment to customer satisfaction. Yuhan took the time to walk me through all my options, answer every question I had, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who is both highly skilled and truly cares about their customers, but Yuhan absolutely delivers on both. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Yuhan & Empire Ford of Huntington. You’ll be in great hands! Thank also to Sam & Jason for all your help and guidance
