I deleted my initial review of the dealership because when they read it, they took immediate action to correct the issues I had pointed out. Im giving 5 stars now. The team of Sam Greene and Stephen Louca were two of the most sincere and professional people I have come across. There were very informative and supportive to rectify my issue and make me glad I came to Empire. They fully succeeded. Love my Corsair. I can not say enough about the wonderful experience I had recently at Empire ford-Lincoln. I meet with Stephen Louca and he made the whole experience seamless from beginning to end. I have purchased many cars before this and have never encountered an experience like this. His professionalism and his knowledge put me at ease from the very beginning. He has wonderful interpersonal skills and made sure that he was able to get me in the car I wanted. No competition, THE best car experience. I was interested in a Lincoln at their dealership next door. DONE. I wanted the Aviator, white with black wheels. DONE. No hours in a dealership. Test drove it and didn't come back until it was time to sign. Christina and Allie made it happen and Stephen showed me everything the car has to offer like Lincoln is a second language to him! LOVE the car and LOVED my experience at Huntington Ford!
