I just had to take a moment to write about the wonderful experience and exceptional service I received at Empire Hyundai of Jamaica. I’ve been bouncing around to different dealerships in New York, and it has been so hard to find a service department that is honest, thorough, and provides great customer service all in one — but here, I found exactly that. From the moment I dropped off my car, Rosa and Marcello walked me through all my options and the services my car needed. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire process and making everything feel seamless. They even worked around my busy schedule and set me up with a clean, beautiful loaner car that I absolutely fell in love with while my service was being completed. I can’t thank Marcello and Rosa enough for their support from start to finish. I will definitely be bringing my car back for regular maintenance, and I’ll be bringing the rest of my family’s cars here as well!
