I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai from Hyundai of Jamaica after finding the vehicle online and reaching out for more information. I worked directly with John Lane, who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire processoften replying within minutes by text or phone. He even took the time to communicate with me on his day off to help coordinate service for the vehicle, proactively working with the service department manager, Marcelo, (who was also great to work with and assisted me directly!) John also assigned his staff Nirio, who helped with the test drive and paperwork in the office. The entire process was smooth, and everyone I worked with was professional, and easy to work with. If youre in the market for a new or Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend Hyundai of Jamaica. Look for John and his team!
