Update: Unfortunately, as amazing as my initial experience was, it was only good while it lasted. The people I worked with during the purchase are no longer with the dealership, and the level of customer service has changed significantly. As part of my purchase, I was promised four complimentary oil changes and six months of car washes through AutoCare Network. Since May, I’ve been working with Meredith through multiple email exchanges to have this resolved, but unfortunately nothing has been accomplished. When I went in for my first scheduled service, I was surprised to learn that the service department could not find any record of the plan I was promised, even though it’s all under the same Empire dealership network. That was extremely disappointing. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in the dealership. It’s unfortunate because my buying experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed working with the original team. However, after-sales support is just as important as the sale itself, and in my experience, it has fallen short. Because of that, I can no longer recommend this dealership. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. Originally, I wanted a grey Santa fe, but they didn’t have one available. We test drove a different one, but it ended up being sold almost immediately. They then found a white one, but it had a bench seat and we really wanted captain’s chairs. Yovy, the sales general manager, truly went above and beyond to make it happen. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and from that point on, everything went seamlessly. She got me the grey santa fe i wanted! Edina, the finance manager (Ms. Music!), was fantastic—so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. She made my family and me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained all the add-ons clearly and never pressured us into anything, which we really appreciated. Oscar, our sales associate, was also a pleasure to work with. He patiently answered all our questions and walked us through every feature of the car. Also, Naiomi was great and helpful setting up the initial contact! We were there pretty late, around 5–8 PM, even past closing time, and the team still stayed to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication really stood out. This was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve dealt with Honda, BMW, Mercedes, and Subaru dealerships before, and none compare to how transparent, efficient, and customer-focused this team was. Highly recommend!
