Huge shoutout to Anthony Aguirre and the service team at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle! I brought my car in with an unexpected engine problem, which is always stressful, but Anthony took care of it immediately. He understood the urgency, got the car serviced and fixed quickly, and had me back on the road ASAP. It is rare to find such fast, reliable, and hassle-free service. Driver assistance Problems 1. When the Palisade is following the vehicle ahead it suddenly speeds up and will hit the vehicle in front even if the vehicle is visible on the dashboard. 2. The Palisade will drive outside the lanes with no warning even if the 2 line lines are green and visible. 3. When in bumper to bumper traffic if traffic slows to a stop, and then proceeds forward slowly, the Palisade will stop totally. When I press the gas it will brake abruptly as if a car is directly in front. After tapping the gas again the car will speed up quickly and I have to break immediately. 4. During rain the system completely cancels out. Even in light rain. 5. The situation is extremely unpredictable and dangerous. 6. At various times the Drivers Assist won't pick up the vehicle in front at all. This happens quite frequently during the drive and is very unpredictable. THEY NEVER CHECKED THE PROBLEM AND THEN LIED ABOUT IT. According to the Hyundai app the car was never moved. The mileage is the same and Anthony that handled my service Claim said the issue wasn't replicated. The vehicle was never taken on the highway like Anthony stated.

I want to give my sincere thanks and appreciation for Anthony, one of the service advisors at Empire Hyundai who I met in February for the first time. I have been having my car(s) serviced at the Hyundai location in New Rochelle (I phrase it that way because they have had different ownerships) since 2008. Anthony is a customer service genius because he personally treated me like I was a relative and not just a stranger standing in front of him. He made sure all my needs were addressed and taking care of. I work in customer service and Anthony can teach a class in the do's & don't of customer service in general regardless of industry. I thank Anthony again for his empathetic behavior.

Liked: The Hyundai rep. Anthony set my expectations accordingly. He told me that I would be there a few hours and he was right. I was able to work from the dealership and I also like the way the work area was set up. Anthony came out to speak with me about additional services that were necessary and that will need attention at some point. I thought everyone was professional and courteous. Did not like: Although, the waiting area is clean and set up nicely, I did see two roaches. Please exterminate the area.
